Epic Fail!

Hi all, you likely noticed the epic website fail last weekend. The perfect storm of human error and computer error resulted in wrong drop times, error codes, difficulty checking out, etc. I sincerely apologize as I know this has been as painful and annoying to you as it has been for us.
