Every effort is made to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns must be made within 14 days. You must request a return authorization prior to returning an item. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking charge but will offer a full value store credit for a return.
We are not a warranty center and defective merchandise should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty issue.
