Kabar Thumb Lock Trapper Knife #1002 This trapper has a single clip blade with a razor sharp edge, half stop, no wobble and powerful snap. It is stamp KA-BAR 1002 U.S.A. The brass thumb lock is stamped (PRESS) and the lock up and press release works properly and tight. All the liners, bolsters and pins are brass. This knife appears to be used little if at all. It was produced in the early 80’s. The walnut handles have no hairline. The rear handle has a smooth dish above the center pin and to the right. It doesn’t hurt this knife in any way. It is shown in one of the images. The overall length closed is 3 13/16″. This is an excellent knife to use or add to your collection.
